Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical interventions to clients dealing with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, either via telehealth sessions or community engagement.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and meet clients’ specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and developmental screenings to identify key issues that require intervention.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining a manageable caseload to ensure personalized care and attention.

• Participate actively in team-based meetings to share insights, strategies, and updates on client progress.
\n
• Engage with clients' families and other stakeholders to coordinate care and connect clients with necessary resources.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, addressing immediate client concerns and collaborating with emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards for all client interactions and treatment plans.

• Participate in training sessions and community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily serve a diverse group of clients in North Las Vegas, many of whom are managing significant psychological challenges in under-resourced neighborhoods. The role focuses on understanding and respecting cultural differences, thus ensuring equitable access to care tailored to individual beliefs and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a valid LCSW license in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or community setting, ideally with a focus on mental health treatment.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and compliance requirements specific to behavioral health.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are offering a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
