What you’ll bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certification (state requirements apply)
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting preferred
• Understanding of IEPs, documentation, and reporting processes
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Empathy, patience, and a creative approach to therapy planning

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Implement engaging therapeutic activities to support student achievement and functional independence
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain timely, accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy goals with classroom instruction
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and updates as part of the student support team
• Maintain compliance with all professional, state, and school-based standards
