Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Rhode Island
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with children is preferred
• Strong communication, advocacy, and collaborative skills
• Ability to tailor interventions and documentation for a diverse K-12 student population

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and individualized evaluations for students on your caseload
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services on a scheduled day each week
• Monitor student progress, maintain compliance with documentation requirements, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to support student functional mobility
