Front Office Reception: Cheerfully greet all incoming visitors, manage facility visitor logs, issue security badges, and ensure compliance and safety protocols are met upon entry.
Order Fulfillment Lifecycle: Receive, input, process, and invoice customer and broker orders via phone, email, and fax. Handle essential shipping and tracking documentation.
Vendor Guide Management: Review detailed customer vendor guides to implement
