Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to uncover clients’ needs, including their background, presenting problems, and treatment goals.

• Engage clients in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy to foster individual healing.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and progress of each client, closely monitoring the effectiveness of these plans over time.

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand their treatment progress and actively involve them in their journey toward wellness.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring all practices meet legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
