Contract Paralegal (Agiloft)

Contract Paralegal (3 month Temp assignment)

$30–$55/hour | Overtime Eligible

We’re seeking a Contract Paralegal or junior attorney with 2+ years of experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Schedule

8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (CST core hours required; EST candidates must accommodate)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts (NDAs, subscriptions, templated agreements, and more)
• Perform risk analysis and maintain contract database
• Track contracts, send follow-ups, and update contract tracker
• Work within Agiloft (or learn quickly)
• Assist with litigation bulletins and meeting minutes
• Monitor for antitrust considerations during meetings (training provided)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contract experience
• Must have Agiloft experience
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
