Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine appropriate therapeutic strategies and interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methods to address specific client needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between $70,000 and $110,000, contingent on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
