Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Maryland open independent practices of their own, with the support to make the process easier and more manageable.

This isn't a traditional NP job. You'll own your practice, choose the patients you want to serve, and have control over your schedule. We'll help put the infrastructure in place so you can focus on providing care.

Getting Started May Be Simpler Than You Expect

You don't need a large patient panel from day one. Most practices can cover their basic costs with fewer than 3 patient visits per month, and startup costs are typically less than $3,000.

As your practice grows, NPs typically take home around $100$150 per clinical hour, with the potential to earn around $250,000 annually in a full-time practice.

More than 50 Nurse Practitioners have already partnered with Kinstead to launch and grow independent practices of their own.

Who We're Looking For

• Are an experienced FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner
• Hold an active Maryland NP license and meet the state's requirements for independent practice
