As a patient-centered medical home, the facility is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive care to underserved communities with a strong focus on inclusivity and cultural competency.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician

Job Details:
• Provide same-day acute care and urgent care services without maintaining a patient panel
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with certified bilingual Medical Assistant support
• Work within a team-based approach to patient care in community health setting
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Clinic operational hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Full-time position at 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• Must complete Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• $15,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available
• $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning month after start date
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days of CME time
