Become a Key Player as an Ecommerce Strategy and Insights Manager

You will help the team drive subscriber and revenue growth by turning data into clear recommendations and keeping operational rhythms running smoothly. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to measure initiative performance, inform investment decisions, and support recurring run-the-business reporting. This is a contractor role with a Hybrid work model.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Analyze performance of strategic initiatives by building trackers, synthesizing results, and surfacing actionable insights.
• Develop clear, well-structured readouts and reports that translate complex data into digestible narratives for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Provide ongoing visibility into core business metrics and prepare/present updates in regular run-the-business meetings.
• Support development of business cases and investment sizing using internal data and benchmarks to quantify opportunity and impact.
• Manage operational workstreams including event tracking oversight, long-term trend monitoring, calendar communications, and deadline management across initiatives.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• BS/BA with 3–6 years of experience in finance, analytics, marketing operations, or business operations—ideally within a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to work with structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful business insights.
• Experience building and maintaining performance trackers, dashboards, or reporting frameworks; familiarity with tools such as Claude, Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL for ad hoc data extraction and analysis and comfort working with large datasets across multiple sources.
• Experience with web analytics tools; Adobe Analytics experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Highly organized, operationally rigorous, and able to manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned.

Pay Range

$64.23 - $80.28/hour
