Accounts Payable Specialist

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities Account Payables will perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payables data. Facilitates payments to vendor, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders and resolving discrepancies. AP assist with month-end closing Perform other related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong business acumen and acuity Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality Ability to analyze information and use deductive reasoning Self-starter; highly motivated; able to work with minimal supervision Skill in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Spoken and written fluency in English Requirements High School diploma 1-3 years of experience in account payables Understanding of basic accounting principals Ability to prioritize and multitask Self- motivated, deadline and detail oriented Alliance Ground International is an equal opportunity employer.
