Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, setting the foundation for tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of relational dynamics.

• Facilitate therapy for a diverse range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse recovery
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members

• Challenges faced by blended families and issues surrounding separation and divorce
\n
• Adjustment to life transitions and medical challenges

• Utilize evidence-based therapies to implement effective care plans targeting specific client concerns.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
