Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial appointments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy gatherings, employing various evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary, ensuring that treatment goals remain realistic and attainable.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA requirements.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development programs to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and contribute to team knowledge.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed and develop safety plans, demonstrating your ability to address complex client scenarios effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
