Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments, diagnosing various mental health issues while developing tailored treatment plans that meet each client's individual needs.

• Provide effective psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record system to track progress and outcomes.

• Engage actively in weekly team meetings for case consultation and professional development, fostering a dynamic learning environment.

• Implement cultural sensitivity in all therapeutic interactions, ensuring that care is respectful and responsive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid LMFT license in the State of Tennessee is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Aventus Mind and Wellness Clinic offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
