Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to client care, aiming to address all aspects of a client's mental and emotional health.

• Provide immediate virtual support to families experiencing acute crises, effectively managing and de-escalating situations via online communication to enhance stability and resolution.

• Develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive virtual assessments, ensuring plans are tailored to individual needs and adjusted as progress is monitored.

• Conduct engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines while collaborating with team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
