Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and inspirational leader to serve as our Senior Director of Tribute’s Marketing Services business. This person will manage and grow the offering, leading the vision, performance, and evolution of the team and offering to the customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Departmental Vision:
- Lead, mentor, and manage functional teams to meet performance goals.
- Balance delegation of client relationship and project duties.
- Oversee team members to ensure projects are executed with excellence.
- Strategic Client Consulting:
- Serve as a strategic partner to major clients in defining marketing transformation strategies.
- Translate evolving client needs into actionable strategy roadmaps.
- Offer strategic guidance to funeral home owners and operators.
- AI, Data & Innovation Integration:
- Embed AI and data-driven thinking into digital strategy development.
- Stay ahead of marketing and martech trends.
- Partner with internal teams to promote AI-enhanced solutions.
- Operational & Performance Oversight:
- Deliver against business goals for revenue and margin.
- Monitor and report on departmental KPIs.
- Build scalable workflows and processes for efficiency.
- Continuously improve operational practices.
- Business Development & Growth:
- Participate in the pitch and proposal process as a senior leader.
- Partner with account and sales teams to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and refine our digital value proposition.
- Build strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or multi-product platforms.
- 10+ years of experience in managed services, marketing agency, and digital marketing strategy.
- Strong operational understanding of systems, margins, and scaling a service business.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing (paid ads, SEO, content, social, funnels).
- Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to set vision and execute.
- Business-minded with a focus on revenue, cost, and ROI.
- Confident leader capable of recruiting, developing, and inspiring a team.
