Senior Director of Marketing

To lead the strategy and execution of acquisition marketing programs, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing will operate remotely, representing the Communications, Marketing & Customer Experience department while addressing business challenges within Health Services and overseeing integrated marketing efforts across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a senior CMX presence in segment leadership meetings, integrating marketing with communications, customer experience, and brand strategies Develop and lead comprehensive acquisition marketing strategies aligned with growth targets and market priorities across various business segments Oversee agent connection programs and local market development initiatives to ensure effective campaign execution and resource allocation Required Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications roles 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience Experience in a senior leadership role within a complex, matrixed organization Deep expertise in integrated acquisition marketing strategy across various health markets Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and operate credibly in senior business forums
