Project Coordinator

Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Furniture Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting our Project Management team with customer project orders Essential Functions: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Some examples of work this role is involved in: Assisting Project Managers with general tasks Sending finish samples to factories and customers Organizing and processing fabric shipments via small package carriers and freight Assisting with project photo reports. Developing and maintaining project detail spreadsheets This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. High sense of urgency, customer focus, and thoroughness in all work assignments required to meet client deadlines and expectations Excellent verbal and written skills Time management and prioritizing skills Must be detail‐oriented Team player Critical Thinking/Problem Solving Education/Experience Experience with Project Management Software is a plus Google Suite experience or similar is a plus Get taken care of.
