Project Coordinator
LTD Builders
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the construction management team by collecting and compiling essential project information for selections and approvals, maintaining vendor files (including insurance documentation), ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with pricing and change orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential construction processes, possess excellent communication skills, and be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Additionally, the successful candidate must be skilled at managing multiple time-sensitive tasks and following through effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
