Sales/Account Manager

Job Title : Sales/Account Manager Job location : Alpharetta GA (In-office, arrive between 8:30am and 9am and leave between 5:30pm and 6pm. ) Job Type : Full Time Key Responsibilities Proactively contact prospects or client managers to schedule in-person meetings, with the goal of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Gain solid understanding of clients' current and upcoming projects, identify staffing needs and learn company culture. Screen candidates for job suitability, market them to client hiring managers and coordinate interviews. Provide candidates with information needed for successful interviews, present job offers and address candidate issues or concerns Required Skills/Experience 1 – 4 years professional work experience, with 2 years working for one employer. Highly driven with a strong work ethic. Proven ability to call and/or email prospects and schedule meetings Outstanding communication skills, personable, with the ability to initiate conversations and schedule meetings. Strong desire to grow as a salesperson. Learn to ask insightful questions, build trust and provide solutions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Staffing industry experience Knowledge of IT concepts and Terminology.
