As an experienced SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you’ll deliver comprehensive therapy in collaboration with a passionate team of educators. This is a part-time role, working 3-4 days per week with a full-time caseload, based at a central education center.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP-CCC credential
• State licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Understanding of therapeutic interventions for Low Incidence Programs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students in the program
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct intervention and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to foster student success
• Document services, write progress reports, and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
