Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience with school-based SLP services, preferably with low incidence student populations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based evaluations and interventions for students with complex communication needs
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and families
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate actively in team meetings, student planning, and staff development activities
• Provide consultative support and resources for teachers and families
