The Mission:

Advocations is seeking an Operations Specialist to serve as the organizational backbone of our office. You will ensure our internal "engine" runs smoothly by managing the critical details of billing, tech, and process documentation so the rest of the team can focus on their mission-driven work.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Billing Execution

• Financial Flow: Take full ownership of the billing cycle, ensuring all service data is accurate and ready for the books.

• Processing: Manage and process invoices with high attention to detail.

• The Playbook: Document the "Advocations Way" by turning recurring tasks into simple, repeatable SOPs.

2. Systems & Tech Maintenance

• Tech Management: Keep our digital tools—including CRM, Project Management, and Billing software—organized and effective.

• Organization: Maintain office systems and documentation to ensure everything has a "home" and a process.
