Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives and interventions that meet clients' specific needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to facilitate integrated care for clients.

• Execute timely crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, including progress notes and treatment updates.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
