Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, facilitating a safe space for open dialogue and exploration of mental health challenges.

• Utilize online counseling platforms to conduct sessions with clients, demonstrating the ability to adapt traditional counseling techniques to a virtual format.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions and bi-monthly group supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and share insights with peers.

• Engage in minimal administrative tasks, dedicating only 1-2 hours weekly to documentation while focusing primarily on patient care.

• Explore and, if desired, develop new methods of therapy, including training in art and sand tray techniques tailored for both in-person and telehealth settings.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s Degree and hold a full professional license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
