Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns and strengths of students and their families, forming the basis of a tailored treatment plan.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate actively with educational staff, psychiatrists, and other professionals in the development and execution of client-centered treatment plans that support students' academic and emotional needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups for students and their families, focusing on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning during acute mental health situations, ensuring that students receive timely and appropriate care.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily support a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents. This includes students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
