The Director of Marketing & E-Commerce is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and eCommerce strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement cohesive marketing and eCommerce strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across content, digital, brand, communications, and eCommerce operations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and eCommerce initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and seamless online operations.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Manage the marketing and eCommerce budgets, allocating resources effectively and reporting on ROI and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product, IT, logistics, and executive teams to align marketing and eCommerce efforts with business objectives.
• Drive brand awareness and reputation through PR, events, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media advertising.
• Ensure marketing materials, communications, and eCommerce platforms meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance online shopping experience and overall customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: 8+ years of progressive marketing and eCommerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing and eCommerce strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Healthcare/DME.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and web analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
