A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.

Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
