SpringLeaf Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team in Los Angeles, California. This full-time role entails providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients in our orthopedic outpatient practice. Work Environment

The position is based onsite in our Los Angeles facility, promoting a collaborative work culture focused on rehabilitation and wellness. You will work alongside a team of two physical therapists, and one physical therapist assistant, leveraging each other's expertise to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. The scheduling is structured, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans that align with their therapy goals.
• Manage patient caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour to ensure thorough attention and quality care.
• Utilize hands-on treatment techniques and evidence-based practices to guide patients through their rehabilitation journey.
• Regularly reassess progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with facility regulations and standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications aimed at fostering long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients with orthopedic conditions who hold private medical insurance. You will work with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. The diversity of cases ensures a dynamic and stimulating work environment where you can apply your clinical skills effectively while making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapy license to practice in California with a clean record, free of disciplinary actions.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in manual therapy techniques and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient environment, demonstrating depth of knowledge in injury recovery and rehabilitation.
• Experience with specialized treatment methodologies such as aquatic therapy or sports rehabilitation is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in achieving patient-centered outcomes and improving quality of life for diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
