Field Operations Planning Manager

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Planning Manager, this full-time remote position will manage planning and scheduling of field resources, coordinate equipment deployment, and oversee timekeeping administration to support operational efficiency in the Data Center Division. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain schedules for field employees, crews, and equipment while maximizing crew utilization Coordinate the scheduling and movement of equipment to ensure alignment with operational requirements Oversee timesheet reconciliation and labor coding accuracy, partnering with Payroll and Finance to resolve discrepancies Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, Technical Trade, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in operations coordination, workforce planning, or related operational roles Experience coordinating labor and equipment across multiple locations Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with scheduling or workforce management platforms Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
