Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions that include joint couple therapies as well as individual sessions, focusing on essential issues such as communication, relationship dynamics, and emotional distress.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in addressing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to grief and loss, conflicts within families, blended family challenges, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate client records, documenting therapy sessions, and tracking progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to collaborate with fellow clinicians on treatment strategies and improvement plans for clients.

The Client Centered Counseling Center serves a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may present issues such as alcohol abuse, stress from medical concerns, communication difficulties within families, and the complexities of managing blended family situations. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
