Business Development Exec – Technology Staffing TechYard USA | Boston, MA Please note: Previous staffing/recruitment agency business development experience is required. TechYard USA is growing, and we're looking for an experienced d staffing sales profession al who knows how to win new clients and build lasting partnerships .This is a true hunter role. You'll be responsible for opening new accounts, developing relationships with hiring managers and executives, and partnering with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional talent. If you've built a desk, won new logos, and enjoy the challenge of creating opportunities from scratch, we'd love to speak with you. What you'll do Win new clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and business development Build relationships with hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, and executive stakeholders Generate new job orders and grow long-term client partnerships Manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through close Partner closely with recruiters to ensure excellent delivery and client satisfaction Maintain CRM activity and accurately forecast sales performance What we're looking for Required: 2+ years of business development experience within a staffing or recruitment agency Proven track record of winning new clients Experience selling permanent, contract, or consulting recruitment services Comfortable making outbound calls, cold prospecting, and generating your own opportunities Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Why TechYard?
