Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are pre-screened adults with stable mental health profiles, presenting low acuity needs. This allows you to focus on providing high-quality care without the overwhelming pressures of high-acuity caseloads. The environment encourages in-depth therapeutic relationships where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges in a safe space.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a licensed mental health professional in any of the aforementioned roles.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Exemplify empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients, guiding them on their mental health journey.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage administrative duties and a diverse caseload efficiently.
