This role offers the convenience of working remotely, supported by a robust telehealth platform that ensures efficient delivery of care while engaging with clients across different environments. Our practice is open seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing you the flexibility to schedule your sessions accordingly. Our seasoned support team handles scheduling and client services, enabling you to focus on what you do best—providing excellent therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through coping strategies, and promoting healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team for integrated care, participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective care.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available resources to enhance their coping mechanisms.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation according to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage consistently in professional development and stay updated with emerging research in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily include individuals coping with trauma and various mental health challenges. This diverse patient population may encompass children, adolescents, and adults from different backgrounds, requiring a counselor with sensitivity and a comprehensive understanding of varied trauma responses. You will engage in both one-on-one and group settings, promoting healing and resilience in an empathetic and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience, especially in delivering trauma-focused therapies. Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
