Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs, including initial evaluations and ongoing assessments for treatment progress.

• Diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor treatment progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and external specialists when necessary, ensuring integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans meticulously in electronic health records (EHR), adhering to compliance regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
