Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, encouraging peer support and shared experiences among clients.

• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure clients' well-being during challenging moments.
