Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine participant needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependencies.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to care, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Utilizing our secure web platform for scheduling, notes, and administrative tasks to streamline your workflow.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of individuals who are facing challenges related to their mental health and substance use. Our participants include adolescents aged 8 and older, adults, and individuals from various backgrounds. Your work will play a critical role in their recovery journey, providing them with the tools and support needed to thrive in their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of diverse treatment experience, particularly in managing comprehensive treatment plans within interdisciplinary teams.
