Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and focused on client goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Support clients managing PTSD by delivering structured interventions and tools to cope in a safe, non-judging environment.

• Navigate care coordination by referring clients to additional resources or specialists as necessary to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards such as ICD-9.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided and to share insights on cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
