Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach to therapy.

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues. You will engage with diverse clients who may be facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other psychological concerns, providing them with the necessary tools and skills to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, based on experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a significant sign-on bonus and receive a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
