Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health, emotional, and behavioral needs, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, outlining therapeutic goals and methods appropriate for their unique situations.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies tailored to address a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with our organization’s policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and substance use disorder specialists, for further client assessments and recommended interventions when necessary.

• Engage with clients’ family members, as appropriate, to provide support and monitor treatment progress.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques.

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and intellectual disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC in Washington State.

• Demonstrable experience working in a clinical mental health setting, with a focus on adult mental health issues.

• Proven track record of successfully managing client caseloads and adhering to treatment protocols.

• Ability to pass a background check free of any Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
