Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, though it may include occasional visits to our outpatient office. Our practice adopts a fee-for-service model, allowing clinicians to focus on client-centered work without waiting for reimbursements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering strong, therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining clear boundaries.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients’ histories, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to address their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will include a diverse group of individuals and families seeking assistance with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a current, active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
