Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, including diagnostic interviews and psychological evaluations.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and client goals.

• Provide engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, and diligently monitor their progress toward achieving these objectives.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations using Simple Practice.

• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in mental health counseling through ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing mental health support to a diverse population comprising children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
