Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct professional therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on insight-oriented techniques and personalized interventions.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that allow for the development of personalized treatment plans addressing the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients' mental health journeys.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with legal standards and practice policies.

• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing therapy in a professional setting, particularly with children and families.

• Strong proficiency in evaluating mental health needs and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
