Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, identifying the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, integrating their personal goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address emotional distress and improve coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance their overall mental health.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment advancements in the field of mental health to continually enhance treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
