Pathway Talent Partners is supporting a growing organization in the medical manufacturing sector in its search for a well-rounded Accounting Specialist. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily financial operations—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and compliance reporting—and contributes to broader financial process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and accurately allocate expenses
• Prepare and maintain documentation for monthly sales tax and annual business tax filings
• Support associate expense reporting activities as needed
• Process outgoing payments in alignment with financial policies and procedures
• Manage daily invoicing of customer shipments (accounts receivable)
• Handle incoming payments, including credit card transactions and cash receipts
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
