Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, integrating information on medical conditions that may influence the patients’ psychological health.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical issues, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who experience a variety of mental health issues, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and chronic illness, necessitating a compassionate and informed approach to support their overall health and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conducive to building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in digital record-keeping and familiarization with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
