Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and offer one-on-one counseling and therapy sessions to clients via telehealth platforms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with departmental policies and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff to ensure holistic client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop coping strategies to address clients’ emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Engage with clients’ families and support systems to ensure effective treatment and successful discharge planning.

You will work primarily with adults but may also engage with adolescents and families in your role. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).

Compensation and Benefits\n
