Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring safe and effective therapeutic environments.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, setting measurable objectives and continuously monitoring their progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in developing coping strategies and resilience skills to navigate life’s challenges.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client treatment effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical counseling standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and socio-economic challenges. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive counseling that respects each client’s background and helps them navigate personal hardships in constructive ways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. Additionally, you will receive:
