Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students to understand their mental health needs, identify social determinants impacting their education, and set appropriate treatment goals.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions with students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychosocial challenges that may interfere with their academic performance.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions to foster connections among students dealing with shared mental health concerns while incorporating psychoeducation and coping strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that promote personal growth, set measurable objectives and utilize evidence-based interventions specific to the school setting.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and connection to emergency resources when necessary.
\n
• Act as an advocate for students’ rights, helping them navigate mental health resources, educational services, and community support systems effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents who are experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will engage with students from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects individual differences and promotes inclusivity. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 95,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
