Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while also providing access to our outpatient office facilities located in Anaheim, California. This setting allows for a balanced work-life dynamic, enabling you to focus on delivering quality care. Scheduled working hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a degree of flexibility to accommodate patient needs and ensure optimal service delivery. A sign-on bonus will be provided to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Implement recognized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate patient healing and progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and security of patient information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.

• Participate in monthly peer review and case consultation meetings to discuss complex cases, share best practices, and continually refine treatment methods.

• Offer educational resources and support to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health disorders and treatment options available.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mental health to inform practice and provide evidence-based care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges including PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the capacity to adapt methodologies to meet individual patient needs.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills essential for effective patient interaction.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with preventive care, group therapy, and crisis intervention is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in teletherapy practices will also be advantageous for this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
